Entry, Refund &ReceiptWill I receive a confirmation of my entry? Yes. Once your payment has been received, we will send you a confirmation email of your entry into the race you entered. If you have not received this email, you are not entered. If you have been charged for the entry fee, and have not received our confirmation email, please contact us. Do I need a triathlon day licence? Triathlon South Africa requires that all athletes have a day licence to compete. This is to imbricate your public liability insurance for the day. The forfeit of the day licence is widow to your entry fee during the entry process. If you are registered with TSA, you once have a licence. Your entry will not be confirmed until payment is received. How do I know the events are safe? All events listed by Trinity Sports undergo strict safety assessments – from water quality, to route submissions to local authorities, prod safety and medical provisioning. We use experienced lifeguards for the swim undertow and have marshals on the velocipede and run courses. Please inform a member of the event staff. If your tweedle is lost we will not have times or results for you. You may be liable to pay for the lost tweedle (Cost = R150 per chip). Where do I put my race number? You will receive a race bib at registration with your race number. Athletes are required to nail the bib with a race belt. Remember, bib should be on your when for the trundling and facing forwards during your run. How do I find my race results? Results will be made misogynist within hours of the completion of the race.
